Here is the thing. I don’t buy that in working with Marion Kay on both Claudia’s and his chicken seasonings. Would he or they have started with a blank slate and created a new KFC like product. Would they have made a couple substitutions to keep corporate off his back. Sure, they would have known they had to. So ingredients on labels on products like 99x some if not most were likely used in the ‘boat recipe’ or whatever you are calling it. There is no need for CHS to reinvent the wheel. CHS knew by this time what makes a fabulous chicken seasoning. He's no longer a spring chicken. He's in retirement age. He knows he can make a few modifications to "The Boat Recipe" he sold. He can then have another great chicken business. Very smart man. Nobody can touch him. |
