Ran across some mentions from willy about this herb, and so, having never tried it, thought I’d at least capture that it exists, as I’d never even heard of it, and forum threads are not that expensive. One thing about all the non-standard herbs and spices, of course, is a decent volume would be required, assuming they are the basis of their associated extracts and oleoresins. Then there is the Utah grocery store and everyone’s pantry issue. :-) If nothing else, it might be worth adding to bean dishes, like chili. www.thespruceeats.com/what-is-epazote-4126810
