This was an interesting statement from a book review about, "Why Humans Like Junk Food" ( www.amazon.com/Why-Humans-Like-Junk-Food/dp/059541429X) by author Steven Witherly. While the article bangs on about the Leddington Recipe, its info/claims about White Pepper is of interest especially in light of past discussions about the level of white pepper in our recipe formulations.
