Hi folks,
just wanted to say, "I'm still alive and kicking."
A big hello to all, from Shanghai, China, and I hope your chicken is tasty.
The Pieman.

Hi TPM. Things are quiet around here since KG115TS was released. You cookin any chook? mpmn04 Yeah mate, still cookin' chook, just been overloaded with moving is all. This month I gotta pack it all up for shipment. We got ourselves an apartment in Shanghai - a nice little place but it means some significant downsizing of my, "stuff." It also means that all the toys are locked away for at least a month. I have some spice mix from some previous testing still in the freezer in SH and a pack of chicken tenders as well but they're all destined for pan frying when I gets round to it. I'll also try to knock up some of the new recipes posted here to give them a whirl they'll travel easy enough in check-in luggage.

Good to see some people still here, not sure what’s happened but has ken felt that the quest for the or has been achieved and is over or what? Hey mate, sure still kicking around in the cobwebs I am. I think from what Ken has posted, he's well satisfied with his recipe development but feels there's still some tweaking to do, so I wouldn't say the search is over, unless Ive missed something in recent discussions. I drop in to see what's going on from time to time, and you are right, it is quite here. That being said, it is the value and effort that participants put into any forum that either makes it or breaks it. In recent times there's been some cascading fallout that seems to have strained relationships and caused a dampener on community spirit. I had hoped participants in this forum were thicker skinned, more articulate, and robust in their own egos, for such events to kill the conversation. the last thing we need, or is of any interest whatsoever, at least to me, is for this forum to become an echo chamber for one or two voices. To avoid that, visitors should join the conversations, ask questions, try the recipes, give feedback, and members should put in an active 2 cents worth, at least once a month, to keep the conversation going - jm2cw imo. So, cook some chook! And remember... No photos? It didn't Happen! ;-) Cheers.
