The eyes say it all in this review of KFC'S $5 Smokey BBQ Crunch Meal...
...apparently a new thing in the land of Oz.

Just to follow up, for completeness, the Colonel's BBQ Sauce and Chicken recipes. What distinguishes this recipe for BBQ Sauce, is that it is purported to have been written in the Colonel's own hand writing. As such it is a seminal document for comparing any other document that purports to have been written by CHS. Now contrast the above with this published recipe, also attributed to the Colonel... This glaze is purported to have been used by CHS whilst he was still in Corben, Kentucky. it is exceedingly interesting, because it uses ready made condiments as the base of the glaze, whereas the bbq sauce recipe is far more scant in that matter... What I find intriguing about the bbq sauce recipe, is that it says in the bottom right hand corner, "Mr. Sanders' Recipe." What cook ever signs of their own recipe in such a way? This leads me to believe it is not CHS's own hand writing at all. might be his recipe? We can't verify that, but it is not his hand writing, unless someone somewhere has some other CHS hand written document that can cross verify its authenticity? TPM
