I bought a russel hobbs fusion scales today they was 7.99 very cheap
I now relised there no good for what i want as they only do 1g graduations so i will return them tmaz
The one i am thinking about buying is tanita tare and fine Digital kitchen scale 25 pound argos It says it does 0.1g graduations
Theres another one heston bluminthal precision scales for 30 pound but it does graduations of 0.5 What do you think the better one is If i wanna try replicating kens receipes and all other members receipes posts

These are the scales I use (if that helps?) you can often find such scales on eBay or Amazon. I would look for ones that have an accuracy of 0.001g, that suits your available budget. Attachment DeletedClick to enlarge image

I know until I got .001 accuracy scales the difference. I used to follow all recipes by volume b'cause that's how they are almost always given (not just KFC recipes). It was Ken and willy that set me right that weight is the correct way to measure stuff. WHAT A HUGE EYE OPENER!

Mine might not be exactly accurate, but at least my recipes will be consistent.
