Whilst looking for Joe's Place (theingredientsstore) I stumbled across another forum archive which had a very extensive list of culinary related websites, which I thought would be worthwhile mentioning.

Being an archive, of course, many sites may no longer be active, but if you have some luck, you might be able to plg the address into archive.org to see if there is still an echo, especially if the site has particular interest to you.
