Are you referring to the 12oz box by climax mills?

Yes, Ted from the old TCK had purchased it.
It mentioned late 50s, at least before the sell in 1964 to brown and Massey.
The order of ingredients.
Enriched Wheat flour, salt, herbs, spices, msg.
Total net weight 3/4oz.
Ken worked out the math:
400oz flour 20oz seasoning 6oz msg 48oz salt
Total 474oz.
This would make 39.5 boxes, using two lots would be 79 boxes with zero waste.
If using 3.75lb salt
Total 486oz
This would make 40.5 boxes, using two lots would be 81 boxes with zero waste.
What I think it also shows, is it wasn’t I made into a 25lb seasoning, unless the box was labeled 1lb.
The order by weight is also in agreement with the ratios.
Flour 25lbs Salt 3lbs or 3.75lbs Herbs and spices/seasonings 1 1/4th lb Msg 3/8lb
Matches the label 👍

Where do you get "Total net weight 3/4oz."? The box says 12oz net wt.

That was a typo on my part, 12oz, you get the ratios Ken was talking about all along.
Using 25 lbs of flour, it would make two lots of 79 boxes using 3lb of salt , and 81 lots using 3.75lbs of salt With zero waste.

Where do you get "Total net weight 3/4oz."? The box says 12oz net wt. I think 3/4oz was meant to be 3/4lb... that’s an easily done typo.👍

All of those calculations are based upon assumptions, and Company formulas. Extracts, again, are not considered, which would make the calculations moot.
