Does anyone know what method is used when they make the burger fillets ? I don't know if they come pre done to the store or if they make them themselves in the kfc store. Looking at the ingredient pdf it seems more complicated than the normal chicken pieces. It says chicken, breaded with..., battered with..., predusted with.. Anyone happen to know exactly how they do them ?

Here in Australia the original fillets are delivered as raw fresh chicken and breaded in the same coating as OR COB. They're then pressure fried for 5 minutes at a lower pressure than OR COB. I think it's about 5 PSI. Same for the original tenders though they're cooked for even less time about 3 minutes 50 I think.
