I’m in California and I get them from a company called Golden Rod out of Arkansas. They come untreated (no salt, phosphates, or garlic)and ice water chilled so they have up to 15% water retention. 14hd per case. $2.04/#. I can also get Pilgram’s Pride for about $1.35/# but they are treated with the above additives. I opt for the natural chicken.

Yea Hd=head. So 14 head per case or 14 chickens per case.
