I always love it when I find someone cooking the way their grandparents taught them. This lady here seems to be doing exactly what Colonel Sanders said his mom used to do with a deep skillet and lid.

For those of you who have Facebook check out this video at the 34:42 mark. She's frying squirrel but the process is the same for chicken. The video is interesting to watch but she seems to ramble a bit and it gets boring.
