This popped up elsewhere on the web. Described as from KFC Japan. It has some drawings of ingredients - most are somewhat familiar. Attachments:

Cool! If anything, it's interesting seeing someone trying to decipher it out.

Interesting. No white pepper. Are peppers one? Or are peppers not included in the vials. Chili shown as a flower? Just these suppositions makes me wary of another jab at misinformation. I'm a defense attorney. I can't help it.

Sorry for bumping an old thread but I am starting to become less and less concerned with pepper. I add more and more and it never makes a presence in the overall taste of the chicken. I have already learnt that some herbs/spices adopt different flavour profiles once fried. I am at a point where I am beginning to think the pepperiness we all interpret doesn't actually come from pepper and instead comes from somewhere else which smells/tastes different raw. I've trialed nigella seed and they seem just as tasteless. I haven't tried peppercorn tree berries but they should be listed in the ingredients due to allergies (I think). I am lost for how that perpperiness is always present. I have not tried Telecherry Pepper but after reading other testimonials I don't think its use would prevent hitting that same same glass ceiling. Too many others also can't seem to get their recipes peppery enough.

Pepperall. I've made extract and it has a kick.
