If you are typically of the habit of adding 3 grams of MSG to your recipes, such as I generally do for my recipes which are built upon a base of 200 grams of Cake Flour, and you would like to try boosting your MSG with I+G, the officially recommended mixture contains 98% MSG and 2% I+G by weight, whereby this equates to combining 0.06 grams of I+G and 2.94 grams of MSG.
(2.94 ÷ 3) * 100 = 98% MSG
(0.06 ÷ 3) * 100 = 2% I+G
And therefore, for recipes built upon a base of 400 grams of Cake Flour, and with typically 6 grams of MSG, this becomes 0.12 grams of I+G plus 5.88 grams of MSG.

In EU parlance:
MSG = E621
disodium inosinate = E631
disodium guanylate = E627
I+G = E635 (?)

Per Wikipedia, under E635 (which is now confirmed to be I+G) I just found this:
"A mixture composed of 98% monosodium glutamate and 2% E635 has four times the flavor enhancing power of monosodium glutamate (MSG) alone."

I used 12.5 tsp MSG and .25 tsp I+G to get the 98%+2% ratio. One thing the manufacturer mentioned to me is to expect a boost in sodium and to compensate for that accordingly. Aside from the coating, I find adding 1/8 tsp of I+G to 4 cups of water that already contains 1/2 tsp of powdered meat tenderizer boosts the flavor of the meat. This flavor can also carry into the coating.

I bought ajinomoto plus if you have a tegular MSG of 3 grams then simply divided it by 3 or you have 1 gram of MSG plus as replacement.

I've failed to personally notice any flavor benefit from adding I+G. Sometimes I add it, and sometimes I don't. But I've never added MSG at below 2.5 grams in a seasoning mix intended for addition into 200 grams of flour. And most often of late I add MSG at 3 grams. Occasionally 4 grams. I've never tried reducing MSG to 1 gram or less via boosting it with I+G. But such a reduction is what the literature infers.

I've added MSG at as high as 15 grams in 200 grams of flour. But I ceased doing that a good while back. MSG is a sugar which definitively elevates blood glucose levels, and as a Type 2 Diabetic I don't need that.
Roughly 2.94 grams of MSG plus 0.06 grams of I+G (or far easier, 3 grams of Ajinomoto Plus) should be the equivalent of adding between 6 and 12 grams of MSG alone.
