Back in the day I accidentally bought Chicken Seasoning Plus instead of 99-X. I later bought that as well. The original container had her picture on it. I wonder why they stopped doing that. When clearly they are advertising it today as hers. Attachments:

All you add is flour Add to 5 Lbs. flour 9.5 ounces = 269.33 grams Seasoning Mix 5 Lbs. Flour = 2,268 grams Flour
1-1/2 level measuring Tablespoons must weigh in at about 15.44 grams
200/2268 x 269.33 = 23.75 grams to be added to 200 grams of flour 400/2268 x 269.33 = 47.5 grams to be added to 400 grams of flour
If the Claudia mix is all encompassing, and nothing else is to be added sans flour, then it seemingly must be very low in (at least) Sodium vs. KFC OR

On a Salt basis alone it almost seems as if closer to 3 Tablespoons of the Claudia Sanders seasoning mix should be added to each Cup of flour, as opposed to the instruction to add 1-1/2 Tablespoons.

On the tin that only has 4.5 oz it says 1 Tablespoon for 1 cup of flour not 1.5 Tablespoons like the plastic bottle says. It also states on both it will coat 15 chickens. No way both bottles one being 4.5 oz and the other being 9.5 oz can coat the same amount of chicken. It appears Marion-Kay did not update the label.
