Here we go friends, proof of Glen's truthfulness, that I have been ordered to dispute.
Life is a series of choices. You decide. But, where are the facts?
Seems to me that this author has assumed Glen's persona. Now take this info and cook some OR chicken. LOL

It’s clear how much work went into the cooking of four separate chicken recipes for taste-testing ‘side by side’ and also the actual making/production of the video. I thought that each of the reviewers comments were constructive and fair.
Glen and Friends may also want to perhaps consider looking at different brands of White Pepper, like Sarawak or Indonesian Muntock, as they do vary in their strength of flavour.
Just to finish, I would like to say to all the people behind the Glen & Friends Cooking Channel on YouTube, to keep up the good work and perhaps one day the Colonels Secret Original Recipe Chicken will truly be discovered.
Glen & Friends Cooking gave up. He is making one last chicken test then he is done. Not many can go the long hall on this recipe. He gave it his best shot. He does so many more other things that he can't be stuck on this. Maybe someone can buy that fancy pressure cooker at a discount??
Statement: "So Glen just posted on youtube, stating that a few 'orphan' chicken restaurants that were pushed out of the KFC family after the colonel passed away have shared their knowledge. Said he would blow this whole thing wide open in 6 weeks."
Response: "he would blow this whole thing wide open" Do you know how many times I heard this over the past 10+ years? It never happens.
Is This The End? KFC Recipe Series #9 Here it is - our at home KFC recipe. If you've been searching for how to make KFC at home; this may be as close as you're going to get. All 3 of these KFC copycat recipes are great, and will give you better than KFC tasting chicken.
It did not taste like KFC. I did use all that salt.
Yes, there was no brining of OR CHS KFC, either in salted water or buttermilk. But his pressure fryers before "Corporate" were superior in results to those in our "modern day" in my estimation, as the chicken pieces, especially the breasts, turned out originally to be super moist, tender, juicy and tasty. Today it is Blah! As I said before, I will never disparage some of the great non-pressure fried chicken meals across the globe, but to get anywhere close to HCS famous Kentucky fried chicken, one needs to experience the effects of a great pressure fried technique.

We need 4 peppers? Fine Ground Black Pepper, Coarse Ground Black Pepper, Cracked Black Pepper and Fine Ground White Pepper?
I made a quick recipe yesterday and cooked it just to get an idea of what it would taste like:
I think Glen gave up. Did you see how they didn't even really comment much on the chicken they were eating? The video just ended with them eating. He found out that it's not as easy as making a martini drink. Getting a bag of Grace Seasoning would be nice.
Did you notice Glen mentions on most of the chicken forums they are doing it all wrong because they add garlic and red pepper but yet all the other ingredients are correct? Come on now, a dusting of garlic and a sprinkle of red pepper is not going to make a earth shattering difference. Okay, layer 3 different mesh sizes of black pepper. What do you get? More pepper taste. The oils in the pepper will be retained unlike if you use fine ground pepper. So, are we to expect the O.R. to be mostly the taste of black pepper? No, I don't buy that for a minute. The reason we have so many good chicken recipes is because they are close to the real thing. They all enhance the flavor of the chicken like CHS said. All of you guys and gals are on the right path.
Also, consider that Glen's source could be incorrect. Why would the guy give him the list of all the ingredients anyhow? The only way to really know is to get a bag of the stuff and make chicken with it. Then we will all know. Does anyone know how to obtain a bag of it?
Glen cooks and makes many things. KFC is just one of the many. He was not going to waste all of his time and energy on that. He had to go on with all the other things he does at that Youtube channel. His channel is NOT about KFC chicken. Also, he was never going to find the recipe. Did any of us? Why do we think he should be able to do it in a few months time? It's impossible. He did try his best but at some point he has to give up. All of the bellyaching was not helping his channel. It made him look bad. He found a way out with Karl and The Strong Blend. It made a lot of sense to him. The heat is off of him and now on Karl Grace. The story for him is over.
I guess you don't think all of us using red pepper and garlic powder in our recipes being major blunder like he does. I don't either. Glen can't promise anything. Anyone that thought he could was running down a rabbit hole never to return.
For the record, I do believe Glen is an honest person and everything he says he believes. He can now put this KFC recipe past him. It was a great ride. His family had to endure it. Glen attacks any challenge with veracity.
Grace's website has an update saying "Even though our breading has links to Col. Sanders it is not the original recipe" Now what? KFC got to them?
"Pat Grace passed away in 2009 but his name is still known for Fried Chicken in Ireland and the Grace family continue to supply the original 12 spice recipe fried chicken breading." What's going on here? Was that there before? 12 spice recipe?
If Glen is adding 99-x to Strong Blend (which has flour plus herbs & spices) and then says "It's spot on!", he is only adding MORE herbs and spices.
I have to laugh at that one. I never agreed that you have to have an overwhelming amount of salt otherwise it will not taste like KFC even if you have the correct herbs and spices. The rule is salt to taste. Since each one of us have our own salt tolerance. Keep it simple guys & gals. Put enough salt in where you say "Now that's good!"
Keep in mind that Glen's pressure fryer is a glorified Presto chicken bucket. It's a 8PSI low pressure fryer unlike what they use at KFC.

"I've yet to come across anyone that says that KFC today is another recipe altogether and has no correlation to the one of old."
"Im sure a pressure cooker will yield the best results when done right, not that dried up S**t they serve nowadays." Does this statement count?
The change in taste is not all about herbs and spices. It is oil, procedure, technique, equipment and dedication. But what do I know? I'm just taking up space from true blue researchers.]
Yes, you are.
